ALEKSANTERI INSTITUTE VISITING FELLOWSHIPS 2013-2014
The Aleksanteri Institute is pleased to invite applications for Aleksanteri
Visiting Fellowships
for the academic year 2013-2014 from scholars holding a PhD degree and
pursuing research that relates to the Institute's research agenda. The
Fellowship carries a monthly stipend of 2600 euros to cover all the
expenses related to the research visit that can range from two to three
months. The Visiting Fellowship scheme is intended for scholars who
reside outside of Finland.
The deadline for applications is 22 February, 2013.
The Aleksanteri Institute is the Finnish Centre for Russian and Eastern
European studies and an independent institute of the University of Helsinki.
The Institute is also coordinating a Centre of Excellence funded by the
Academy of Finland, entitled "Choices of Russian Modernisation". For
