Although submitting an abstract may be sufficient for presenting your work at the conference, we encourage you to submit a proceedings paper, even if it describes work in progress. Proceedings papers should be prepared using Word, complying with the format that can be found on the MathSport website (www.mathsportinternational.com/callforpapers.html). Please submit your paper electronically as a “.doc” or “.docx” file. Proceedings papers can be submitted (or changed) until March 29th, 2013. It is perfectly possible to submit the proceedings paper after receiving notification of acceptance.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.

Publication:

Accepted papers presented at the conference will appear in the conference proceedings, which will be distributed on USB stick. The proceedings will be submitted for indexation by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI). Each participant will also receive a booklet of abstracts.

A special issue of Journal of Quantitative Analysis in Sports (http://www.degruyter.com/view/j/jqas) will be devoted papers from the MathSport conference. Interested authors can submit their work for publication in this special issue.
