No the shifts haven't changed and yes I know it might not be anything
to do with the environment :(
Positive changes have been made to help boost their working conditions
- this had been historically challenging.
I have mentioned the possibility that it may not be environemntally
related to HR and they did turn a funny colour!! It will be an avenue
I will need to pursue if the simpler things aren't effective
