Hello Alison,
Have you considered crime databases?
e.g.
National Criminal Justice Reference Service Abstracts (free)
https://www.ncjrs.gov/App/AbstractDB/AbstractDBSearch.aspx
Criminal Justice Abstracts (subscription-based)

Hello
I have been asked to do a literature search on the use of telemedicine/telehealth/remote consultation etc in police cells. I have found very little (though there is quite a lot about use in prisons).
I've searched Medline, Embase, Assia, Social Care Online, Cinahl, HMIC. Would anyone have other suggestions for databases or sources to search.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards
Alison Bogle
