One of the first things I noticed here in country town Corowa was the
bright starlight. They are on full beam here due to the lack of
interference from city lights - as was the moon the other night. A great
big fat ballroom light! My dog kept waking me up to wander outside - she
wanted me to explain the 'light' night. Her little enquiring face just kept
me laughing, which - quite rightly - pissed her off. Maybe the neighbours
blamed the moon for my mirth. 'That new guy next door is weird ...'
