Dear FSL experts,
I am currently running analysis with flow A_B imaging from longitudinal SIENA result.I have problem with nterpreting of the GLM result from RANDOMISE. For example,I have two EVs: EV1 control and EV2 patients and contrasts are [1-1] [-1 1] [1 0][0 1]. For the contrast [1 0] I have a _tstat3.nii.gz result which means the t statistic map of group mean of control. The negative number in one voxel of this t statistic map means controls has atrophy on this point of the brain, right? How can I report this value? Dose this (t = , p < o.o5) correct ? BTW, Dose anyone know the unit of flow imaging? Voxel I guess?
Thank you very much in advance.
Joyce
