Dear fsl experts,
I am a bit confused with significant F test of interaction in ANOVA.
F1 F2 F3
C1 1 0 0 X
C2 0 1 0 X
C3 0 0 1 X
C4 -1 0 0
C5 0 -1 0
According to the previous post in the list, f test is effectively a 2 tailed t test in a 2x2 between subjects ANOVA. Furthermore, t test of the main effects can be examined in two directions (C1 [1 0 0] is positive and C2 [-1 0 0] is negative).
The significant F test of interaction means that interaction between two main factors dose exist. My question are how can I interpret the t test of the interaction?
