Hi all,
I'm a newbie in FSL and tried to batch the analysis of fmri data. So I did my first interactivly with the FEAT GUI and stored it as a template.fsf. Then I used sed to change the proband code in the template file. Every time when I load the new changed template file and use the GO button there comes a message about a "bad alloc" which looks like a memory problem if I understand the answers of this forum well. Ichecked the memory space and it still enough. Whats going wrong? Is something else to do than changing the proband code in the template file? Is anywhere a good working manual how to batch fmri data analysis?
thanx in advance,
Stephan
