Dear Members,
Today we are launching the ALT Survey 2012, which we would like to ask you to complete. The survey's purpose is to help us improve our services and to better understand the needs of our community.
The last survey in 2009/10 significantly contributed the development of the ALT website, which was re-launched in 2011. This time around we are looking to make further improvements to our services across the board and also develop our use of social media, open publishing and online events.

We have tested it and are confident that it should take around 15 minutes to complete, less if you are not a member of ALT. The survey is open to members and non-members alike.

The deadline for completing the survey is 31 December 2012. Key results will be published via the ALT website in 2013.
