One thing that is not specified is the height of the flush. Some of the higher cisterns may have the flush too high. I recommend no higher than 1000mm, but also be careful if using an IPS unit that it isn't positioned behind the drop down rail and is not accessible.

I would add then that the site manager would do well to hold some adaptive equipment in store and inform people when booking that they will attempt to meet specific requirements such as the need for raised toilet seats, step stool in front of toilet for shorter people etc.
