Hi Andreas,
just a few remarks on support: the SCAS *service* is not officially
supported any longer. We (Nikhef) do only support it on a best effort
basis.
The SCAS *client*, i.e. the lcmaps-plugins-scas-client, on the other
hand, is fully supported under the IGE project. It is used in production
in the US by OSG and there are no plans from our side to discontinue
this support.
Both EMI and IGE are middleware providers for EGI and hence the UMD.
I hope that clarifies it further?
Cheers,
Mischa
