Hi,
> In the standard implementation of cluster thresholding in FSL, when one enters a "cluster P threshold" of 0.05, the results returned are "equivalent" (at least conceptually, I know the results probably wouldn't be identical) to the results listed in which column of "cluster level" output in SPM: "FWE-corr", "FDR-corr", or "uncorr"?
I believe the cluster correction implemented in FSL (e.g. via the FEAT
gui) is random field theory, which is the FWE-corr value in the SPM
output. (The nonparametric corrections, e.g. in FSL's randomise, don't
have equivalents in the standard SPM output table).
Hope this helps!
Best regards,
Jonathan
