Dear SPM masters,
I would like to test for linear regression of ERPs with respect to one
experimental parameter ranging from 1 to 4 (20 subjects, 1 ERP for
each one of the four levels of this parameter) in source space. I did
this by computing source reconstruction on a contrast dataset obtained
by applying contrast [-3 -1 1 3] to ERPs of each subject, and then
doing a one-sample t-test.
However, spurious results suggest me that I might first perform source
reconstruction on each subject and condition, and then test for
regression directly in the source space. What is the correct way to do
this? Should I use "multiple regression"? In this case, how should I
enter the data? And what contrast should I use to test it?
Apologies for the probably naive question, I was not able to find a
clear response in previous posts.
Thanks for your feedback,
Best,
Marco
