I guess by resending you try to convey a sense of urgency ;) What you
want to achieve is (i) to match two images, (ii) threshold one of them,
and (iii) apply this mask to another image. While you can do this on the
command line of Matlab, SPM has tools for all of these steps, namely
coregister & reslice for (i), Imcalc using an expression like "i1>x"
(with x being your threshold) for (ii), and an expression of "i1.*i2"
for (iii). For each of these steps, there are several hints, tips, and
examples on the mailing list if you need more information.
