Hello,
I've been playing with stochastic DCM and I'm trying to find the
location of the estimated variance of the hidden cause fluctuations,
omega^v, given in equation one in Li et al 2011.
xdot = (A + SIGMA_k*u_k*B^k)*x + C*v + omega^x
v = u + omega^v
Assuming I am using the latest version of DCM and I specify a stochastic
model with input, where would this variance be stored or is this not yet
implemented in the latest stochastic DCM? It looks like the equations in
later papers e.g. Daunizeau et al. (2012) "should we care about noise"
revert back to just C*u.
Thank you
j
