ppi_wrapper(regionnumber,firstsubject,lastsubject)
You need to specify a region number, the number of the first subject
in the subject list and the number of the last subject you want to
run.
For example,
If the the wrapper has:
region={'region1'...
'region2'};
Subjects={'subject1' 'subject2' 'subject11' 'subject12' 'subject21'
'subject22' 'subject31' 'subject32'};
If I want to run PPI on 'region2' and the first 5 subjects, then use:
ppi_wrapper(2,1,5)
because region2 is the second region specified.
If you want all subjects except for the first subject, then use:
ppi_wrapper(2,2,8)
since you have 8 subjects.
