Hi Jacqui,
Good to hear from you.
I was wondering if you have already come across our writing in this field, we have lots published and a fair amount of it is collected together on our website - Including our handbook and a toolkit. Also a relatively well known article on PV for M&E from PLA notes, though we have moved forwards a lot since that was published. The book EJ Milne mentioned to you has a chapter by us on PV for M&E which is more recent. but our most cutting edge and deep work in this field of PV for evaluation is showcased on the site videogirlsforchange.org Hope it is useful!
Not sure exactly what kinds of stuff you are looking for, otherwise I could guide you through our published material a bit better!
all the best
