_Me and You_ also by Anthony Browne is another great example of a picturebook presenting multiple perspectives.
Then I could also mention _Once Upon A Cool Motorcycle Dude_ (O'Malley, Heyer, Goto).
I don't know if you read Spanish, but Argentine writer Luis Pescetti wrote _Caperucita Roja (tal como se lo contaron a Jorge), in which a father tells his son (Jorge) the story of Little Red Riding Hood, and we get how the father imagines the story, and how the boy pictures the story in his head. Great book!
