Hello all
I haven't posted anything on here for a long time, but I do have a specific Occupational Health practice query that I would appreciate your help on.
I wonder if anyone out there can point me in the direction of recently published research or recognised guidance on recommended ratios of OH Nurses to employees which takes into consideration the hazards and risks of the work as well as geography etc.
Although I am aware of the research carried out by ANHOPS for the NHS many years ago and HEOPS in 2009 I am not aware of any recent work that looks at industry/retail/manufacturing. Perhaps those involved in SEQOHS might have a view?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
kind regards
