Like Bill, I too find that informing members of new publications is helpful.
There is a fine line between 'informing' and 'advertising'. When the same
information is repeated, then it becomes 'advertising'. In general, I think
that we get it about right and when it becomes tiresome Peter usually puts
us straight.
