Maney Publishing recently announced that it will publish the Journal of War
& Culture Studies from the beginning of Volume 6 in 2013. Formerly owned by
Intellect Books Ltd, the move to Maney marks a new phase in the journal's
development. With a renewed editorial board and new online presence on
IngentaConnect.com, the journal will increase its frequency to 4 issues per
year. It is also broadening its historical scope to include the modern and
contemporary periods (understood as the European modern era, late
eighteenth century to the present day) and its geographical focus to
encompass the study of wars and conflicts across the globe and diverse
cultural areas.
Details of future issues and instructions for the submission of articles
can be found at <http://maneypublishing.com/index.php/journals/wac/>.
Currently, the editors are seeking articles for the following issues:
6:2 Traces of Conflict
6:3 Varia
6:4 Veteran Identities: One Hundred Years of the First World War (see
<http://maneypublishing.com/images/pdf_site/WAC_6_4.pdf>).
