For the interest of MCGers:
I just came across this announcement on Twitter. It is a major project
being undertaken by Historic Scotland in association with TICCIH (The
International Committee on the Conservation of the Industrial Heritage) and
RCAHMS.
There isn't an awful lot of industrial heritage material or data available
digitally but is this a good template for other specialist groups to follow
as the project says it wishes?

They are inviting feedback. I will be providing feedback but as it has been
a while since a 'major' digital collections project has been announced I
wanted to share it with the sorority/fraternity.
