If my hypothesized general linear model is:
grey matter density =ageX+sexY+scoreZ+intercept
Then the Glm design should be which of the following options?
option1: EV1=age EV2=sex EV3=sore EV4=1(intercept) and run it all at once
option2: it takes a great deal of time to run option1,
so I separate it into 3 individual Glm, and run it separately, that is
EV1=age, EV2=1(intercept) run it and then EV1=sex, EV2=1 run it and
EV1=score. EV2=1.
Does it matter whether I run it all at once or separately?
Also do I always need to add extra EV for the intercept?
