If you use surface_fdr to correct for multiple comparisons (which you should do) then all of the values have passed a p<0.05 corrected comparison, and the F-values are not really needed in this case for the statistics. If you really do need them then they are contained in the file *_Fthresh.nii.gz (which is a 1D representation of all the points on the surface) and only contains the F-values for vertices that passed the FDR threshold. You can see use fslstats to extract summaries or FSLView to view individual values or a histogram.
Alternatively, use FSL5 and you get a volumetric output with all the statistics done via randomise.
