Dear All friends
Hello , following frequent problems which I faced using my FSL4 (downloaded via Ubuntu software centre) and regarding some expert suggestions here , I've just removed that old FSL4 (downloaded from Ubuntu software centre ) and now I'm down loading FSL via NeuroDebian website, (Actually I've been directed to NeuroDebian from fsl.fmrib.ox) . there I selected my appropriate option (for Ubuntu 12.04) and I've just successfully downloaded FSL-4.1 (Architecture i386) , dicomnifti (i386) , fsl-doc-4.1 (all) but while I tried to download fslview, i noticed that it's not available!
Right now I'm down loading Atlases via Terminal commands which Debian have suggested, but I'm wondering is it going to make a problem to down load fsl from Debian without FSLview? so in case it is, how can I solve it? does FSLview from Ubuntu software Centre work properly with this FSL (I think it is FSL5! , I just now could see this!)
Thanks in Advance, Yours
