I tried a full normal FEAT from the GUI, so it should work.

Hi - can't tell very much from that error message - were you trying to run a full normal FEAT GUI setup, or something you'd scripted? Need more info...
Cheers.

A follow up, if I run
contrast_mgr stats design.con
myself in a terminal it works perfectly...

Ämne: [FSL] Post-stats fails
Hi,
I try to run a simple first level analysis through FEAT but each time the post-stats fails. All the other processing steps seem to run fine. I use CentOS 6.3 64 bit.
I got an error message in the terminal but I don't know if it is related, "QInputContext: cannot create input context for non-toplevel widgets"
