Dear all,
We receive quite a few new deposits from donors that ‘just turn up’. We do not encourage this but it happens, usually when there are no archivists on duty. We would like to know what other archive services do when this happens, are they sent away and told to make an appointment or is material taken in with the proviso they must collect it if it is not wanted?
Any thoughts?
Kind Regards,
Lisa Moss
