Hello Sarah
I agree it is worth pointing this out. We used printouts of this framework during a workshop in Bishops Stortford today, at the start of a project working with five museums to help them develop their own digital strategies. We will also be producing a toolkit to help others with their digital planning.
I am copying this to Jim Richardson who co-produced the framework, and to Peter Pavement of www.surfaceimpression.com with whom I am working on this project.
We found the framework useful and have some suggestions for improvement which I will pass on to Jim.
Best wishes
Martin

Subject: Digital Engagement Framework for cultural organisations
Dear colleagues
This was posted to the mcg listserv last week but I haven't seen it on archives-nra (apologies for cross-posting if I've missed it). The workbook provides a quick and helpful way of considering a digital strategy for an organisation which I think seems useful.

Subject: Digital Engagement Framework
Hi All
I thought those on the list might be interested in the Digital Engagement framework which Jasper Visser and myself have published in the past week.
This offers a framework for cultural organisations to use as a basis for the development of digital strategies, and is based on our experience running workshops and developing strategies for museums, galleries, theatres and festivals over the past few years.
We intend this to be version 1.0, so would be grateful for any feedback as we refine it further for a second publication in 2013.
You can download the workbook here: http://www.digitalengagementframework.com/framework.html
Thanks!
Jim Richardson
