It might be helpful to know, explicitly, what sites are already investigating providing and/or using cloud resources, as well as those who are interested and/or able to participate actively.
At RAL for example the Tier 1 has a StratusLab cloud running and providing development machines. We are actively investigating providing scientific computing resources for other STFC users, and are doing experiments with virtualised worker nodes.
