Dear colleagues,
The first IRMS London Group January meeting for 2013 will be discussing the challenges and successes of email management.
Katharine Stevenson, Information and Records Manager at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, will talk about how her organisation is working towards cracking the difficulties of managing email. The session aims to be interactive with plenty of discussion. We would particularly welcome those who have their own ideas and experiences to share, as well as those of you keen to hear from others.
The meeting will run from 5.30pm to 8pm, on Monday 28th January, with the first hour for networking and a catch-up over sandwiches, tea and coffee. It will be held at the London Offices of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
