Hi there. I have recently been through this. HR need to either write individually or put notification up with a final date on to advise of the change and the date is given for people to air their concern etc

Once more can I ask for your advice.
I have a satellite factory that is becoming a separate company in its own right in the new year. I will continue to provide an OH service to them as previously, and for the foreseeable future their records will remain where they are in my filling cabinets.
My question is do I need to obtain individuals permission to “transfer” their records to the “new” business.
