Dear colleagues. Is anyone else experiencing problems when trying to print SED documents using FileOpen plug-in on student PCs that are running Windows 7 and Adobe Reader X ?
Because we're now offering the full Adobe Suite, when students try to open an SED PDF it defaults to Adobe Acrobat X Pro which then throws up "Document Access Denied. Please contact British Library Customer Services...Undefined error occurred" message. We've tried to enforce the association with Adobe Reader X, via folder options and file types, but this hasn't made any difference.
Have you come across this problem too, and have you found a solution?
Kind regards,
Fay
