Hi Laura
For make_dyadic_vectors, you need the merged_theta and phi files.
Maskdyads does not do anything special, it just reads a volume-fraction file and keeps the dyadic vector for the voxels where the fraction is larger than a threshold (5% by default). If you use the dyads_dispersion in the input, it will threshold this file instead.
