Dear FSL expert:
I am a new FSL user. I am not clear about three points, and really need your help.
1. I performed TBSS, and got some files after voxel-vise statistic analysis (useing TFCE for conrrection). These files are named as "tbss_stats1", "tbss_tfce_p_stats1" and "tbss_tfce_corrp_stats1". I nuderstand the third one as a result, has been correted by TFCE. So, both of the first and second one are uncrrected map? What is their differece?
2. When I use FSLviewer to show the result map (e.g. "tbss_tfce_corrp_stats1"), do I need to set the P value? Does the "min" and "max" in the top-right corner of FSL are the 1-P setting?
3. From the TBSS result map ( "tbss_tfce_corrp_stats1", "min"=0.99, "max"=1), we got the skeleton region, which FA is different between two groups. Now, I like to select this region as ROI, and set it to each subjects' individual space to identify the fibers going through this ROI. I understand the TBSS analysis as two normalization, 1) normalize FA to MNI space, and 2) to skeleton. I know how to get a MNI space ROI to native space, but have no idea how to get the TBSS skeleton ROI back to the MNI space.
Any help will be appreciated!
