this seems like an excellent opportunity for some accessibility
metadata to be included.
If resources carry even the simplest single term that supports the
needs of people with disabilities, it would make a huge difference to
millions of people in Europe (Microsoft reckons 65% of users benefit
from accessibility support - and that figure will increase as the
population ages).
