Hi,
I'm extracting the percent signal change in the .feat directory of one of my subject within a mask obtained from standard atlas. The stats model contained 10 COPEs. The leftmost column contains the results from the formula %SC = 100 * COPE * H / mean_func, where H is the peak-peak-height equivalent for the relevant contrast and its value was derived from the design.mat file. In this calculation, the space of the mask has been transformed to subject space.
The middle column is the output from the column "mean" in featquery_gui report, where I feed my standard-space mask. And the rightmost one is their difference. The finding is, the left 2 columns are highly correlated, and most differences are less than 0.1, but for COPE3 it is 0.288501. Is the discrepancy reasonable??
