The reason I asked is, because the "state-of-the-nation" script that
seems to work on every other site bdii in the UK fails for that one.
Stephen Burke worked out for me (from other clues) that this is
probably an early release 3.2 bdii - it's not advertising a version,
but it almost certainly is (even for glite 3.2) missing a bunch of
updates.

This is not fixed in the last EMI2 release (for which there wasn't any
Staged Rollout so far, but I haven't followed that up yet).
Unfortunately - even if you had applied the fix previously - the
database will be reset when rerunning yaim (though not when restarting
services) and you will also have to reapply the fix after running
yaim. There's hope this gets fixed for good in the next EMI2 release.
