I need to make a statistical analysis of 32 channels EEG data of three different groups.
I have EEG signals in .mat file in a struct in which I have the rate of sampling, locations of channels and data of Nchannels*Nsamples*NTrials.
How is possible make the conversion of data for use them in SPM?
I want to implement a statistical analysis using a General Linear Model with The Random Field Theory because I want to correct the p-value of neighbouring electrodes. The function to do this is spm_P_RF and it wants in input the number of cluster, the extent of resel, the height minimum over n values, the df, the statistical field, the count of resel, the number of component SPMs in conjunction.
How can I choose the dimension of resel? Which is the unit of measurement of the resel? What are the df and the component SPMs in conjunction?
