I have a question about DCM, specifically concerning how directionality should be specified in the A and B matrices within the file. If I have 3 regions, I know that the A structure is going to be a 3x3 2D matrix, and the B structure is going to be a 3x3xn 3D matrix, where n is the number of conditions. When I am looking at these, I know which regions correspond to which rows and columns, but not which connection direction the values correspond to. If I want to look at the connection from Region 1 to Region 2 specifically, which value would I look at - the first row and second column ("direction from row region to column region") or the second row and first column ("direction from column region to row region")? Is this consistent for both the A and B structures?
