We are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer to play a key part in the development of teaching, research and knowledge transfer in the field of higher education studies in the Institute. The role holder will be responsible for the management of the MBA programme in higher education management, and the co-direction of the inter-faculty Centre for Higher Education Studies. Other responsibilities will include the supervision of doctoral students working on higher education topics, and teaching on doctoral and other master’s programmes.
You will have a doctorate (or professional experience equivalent to doctoral level), in a higher education area. You will have experience of research in a relevant field and also have a range of publications including peer-reviewed journal articles in relevant fields. Experience of course development, teaching in higher education and leading teams to deliver masters-level or equivalent programmes are also essential.
