We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Records Manager to join the Records Management Team.
Records Management sits at the centre of service delivery managing information resources to enhance Council responsiveness and support mission critical decision making.
The Records Management Service (RMS) offers comprehensive paper and electronic document storage, retrieval and disposal services to all Council business units. You will be part of a team of RMS staff advising on storage options and metadata standards, project managing digitisation and scanning initiatives, managing access controls to case management and records tracking systems and spearheading robust retention scheduling and control.
The RMS also offers a secure records retrieval service (includes scan on demand) and confidentially disposes of expired records. You will report to and will be supervised by the Corporate Records Manager.
