Dear Colleagues,
This is not an ordinary conference. This is a celebration of 25 years of
publishing the best of the sociology of work and employment. This is an
opportunity to mark, and reflect on, the achievements of Work,
Employment and Society. This is a chance to look forward to what the
future may hold.
Join us, along with Ruth Milkman (who will be analysing the Occupy Wall
Street movement) and Arne Kalleberg (who will discuss the concept of job
quality) as well as Linda McDowell, Karel Williams and more, for what
promises to be a truly memorable event.
Don't miss your last chance to register for the Work, Employment and
Society 25th Anniversary Event. Registration closes at midnight on
Thursday 18 October.
We would love to see you there, but remember places are limited.
Visit www.britsoc.co.uk/events/wes-conference-2012 to register and for
further event details.
