Subject: Essay Assignment
Dear Justin,
Sorry to trouble you with an e-mail flagged as urgent but I've noticed that the seminar timetable says we're supposed to hand out the essay assignment this week, though it wasn't mentioned in the meeting. I had meant to check it had moved with the assignment's due date. I understand my colleagues share the impression that we aren't handing it out this week, but can I confirm it? .
Best,
Matthew

Subject: essay due dates
Hi all,
I'm thinking of making the essay dues date a little later - say Nov 29. It means we will have a tight 2 week turnaround on them
Is this OK with you?
best,
Justin
