Dear colleagues. We're in the process of reviewing our circulation policy - so loan allocations, loan periods and penalty charges. We're keen to simplify the policy to make it easier for students, and library staff, to understand whilst still being able to provide services tailored to specific groups of users, such as final years and researchers, and encourage users to return or renew their books on time. Has anyone else recently gone through a similar exercise? If so what conclusions did you arrive at and what changes did you implement?
Regards,
Fay
