Here at Kingston University we have recently switched to Ex-Libris but are struggling to run reports to obtain any useful ILL data. We have found the standard reports (under the Services menu) quiet limiting. We are also struggling to create reports using ARC - it doesn't appear to be possible to extract date according to the status of a request.
We are interested to know if other institutions have managed to extract any useful statistics using ARC or whether you have had to custom build reports behind the scenes using Aleph tables? We are particularly interested in the following:
- the number of cancelled/deleted/unfilled/locally owned requests during a specific time period
- turnaround times
- the number of requests submitted by users from specific schools/faculties
Any advice from fellow Aleph users would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
