I'm confused by this.
You say that the outputs are "not quite identical" but that the absolute and relative mean displacements are identical?
But then you say that if you look at the plots (of absolute and relative mean displacement?) that they are "not quite the same".
So I'm just not following this.
Can you please be more specific and give us an idea of how big the differences are?
