I've been experimenting with robustfov. It works well in general
removing excess neck, but occasionally it cuts too high and discards
parts of the cerebellum/brainstem/occipital lobe. In at least one
instance, it appears that this was due to the original FOV extending
excessively in the superior direction as well as inferiorly. Perhaps
this possibility (essentially too much air in the image above the
head) should be considered in the script itself or in fsl_anat.
