CONGRATULATIONS Frank for being among those in the Most Distinguieshed list.
I also send the same CONGRATULATIONS and CELEBRATIONS TO EVERYONE SELECTED.
I am glad that one of our most active leaders in the Philippine
Coalition on the UNCRPD is also in the list, RONNEL DEL RIO. He truly
deserves being there.
Also CONGRATULATIONS TO SENATOR MONTHIAN BUNTAN of Thailand, our newly
elected Member of the International Committee on the UNCRPD, Rina of
Indonesia and the rest.
Let us all support these distinguished leaders of ours for our still
650 million fellows still unreached with their rights based services
and opportunities.
In fact, around the world we have over a billion still wallowing in the
myre of inequalities,k indignities and severe deprivations.
Let us remember them as we support and cooperate with our Champions and
Leaders.
