Dear List Members.
I am attempting to write a book about special education, but still
can't quite decide on the title, but I digress. I have recently
learnt that my secondary school has grained academy status, having
already becoming a specialist sports college, and is now about to
become a Further Education College (pupils can stay until they are 25).
I'm wondering if they are trying to become an elite institution?
Stop the press!: Isn't the Government again trying to close down
these special schools?
Thoughts please?
Becky.
