I wouldn't put in a 264 for the U.S. publication details at all, since
that is not the resource you are cataloguing. I generally take it that
simultaneous publishers are acting independently, even if they are good
friends. Worth a note, though.

This is an interesting point. I think RDA instructs to take the details
in the order supplied or given most importance (can someone confirm?!)
so that would mean being in the US shouldn't make any difference as it
would have done in AACR2...

I added the info about Neil-Schuman as a second 264 and a note that the
book was first published in the US. I took that from typeface on the
document. Since I am in the US, should Neal Schuman have been listed
first?

issues:
Copyright being held by ALA - did this need recording in the 264?
The related manifestation in the form of the American edition. We record
it in the note field, but this doesn't tell us about GI relationship No
relationship for poor old Roy Tennant
